Problem with Auto reply

Hi,

I have a customer who has a zimbra account which two other accounts are also forwarded to. She is trying to setup the auto reply function on the account. Once set up, it will send an auto reply when a mail is sent to her Zimbra account, but not to her other two accounts that are forwarded to her Zimbra account. Is this correct or should it send an auto reply regardless of where the mail has come from?
