Subject: Support

Your support portal is broken. It does not accept my email address as valid and thus does not allow me to report a problem with Zimbra desktop.

Your Zimbra desktop repeatedly downloads duplicate emails, sometimes as many as a dozen copies. This problen occurs on both Windows XP and Windows 7 when accessing earthlink.net.

Do you have a suggestion to avoid this problem, other than removing Zimbra from my computers?

The Support Portal isn't broken, it's for customers who have purchased Zimbra Collaboration Suite NE to report problems. Support for free ZCS Open Source and Zimbra Desktop is provided on these forums.

You haven't given any details of what type of server you're connecting to nor what errors you're seeing (other than the obvious mail duplicates) - have a look in the log file and see what errors there are.
