Default How to back up email

I work for a company in the IT department as an Administrator, and need to back up a users email that no longer works here. In Zimbra how do I do that? Do I use the export/import method?

Probably the easiest way is to use Seacom's fbackup

Zimlet Folder Backup | ::Seacom°blog°Zimbra::

Unfortunately page is in Italian only...Zimlet is in English though.

The easiest way would be to open up the account and go to Preferences -> Import / Export -> Export

That menu option is only available in 6.0.0+ though, if you are on an older version of Zimbra the way to access this backup format is detailed here: ZCS-to-ZCS Migrations » Zimbra :: Blog

Import/export is correct and works in later versions of 5.0 as well as 6.0. ZD 2.0 beta UI is a bit problematic, but we are working on that for beta 2
