IP Port used for Downloading Yahoo Mail

Hi,

I am using Yahoo Zimbra Desktop 1.0 (Build 1593) to sync with Yahoo Mail. It works fine at my home. However at work, I can't download the mail. The problem I figured out is that t my work, we block all the ports unless there is a need to enable them. So I want to know what port does Yahoo Zimbra use to Sync with Yahoo Mail, so that I can ask the IT guys to enable them. I am sorry if this question is already answered in the forum, I couldn't find the answer.
