outgoing mail sitting in outbox but not being sent

when i compose a mail and click send the mail directly goes to outbox and it is not being sent even if i click "send and receive" button,the mail is never sent from outbox and when a mail is there in outbox the sync wont happen even when i click send and receive button,
as soon as i delete the mail from outbox the sync will automatically start
i am attaching the log file
please help me

mine is still NOT working without deleting the mail in outbox

I have this problem just with Hotmail POP3 account. I wonder that my Live POP3 account is work as well. Windows Live Mail and Hotmail are the same.

Solution:1. Launch Zimbra Desktop. 2. Select Account Setup. 3. Select Edit. 4. Change SMTP Mail Server Port from 25 (Default) to 587. 5. Select Validate & Save. 6. Accept change. Done.

I use port 587 for both Live Mail and Hotmail. It success with Live mail. I deleted Hotmail account many times and set up again, the result was the same.
