What you can do is connect entourage to a free email account or whichever mail server you're going to use in future and let it sync all the mail to that account. When the sync is complete create an account in Zimbra Desktop and connect to the account and let it download the mail. At the moment that's the only way to get the mail across. Are you intending to connect to a company mail server or what?
