[SOLVED] how to upload multiple files and folder structure ?

i have a folder with many files. i wish to upload the files in my documents in one operation.
how can i do a multiple upload just by selecting the folder ?

Also , I hope Zimbra can upload the folders of my folder too and the sub folders...etc.

any help please ?
