Default Zimbra Calendar Issues

Is there a way when you schedule a meeting in Zimbra, that the receiver of the meeting can add their own notes etc. to the meeting on their end? I have some people that want to add their own notes, etc. when I propose a meeting request. Is that possible?

Default Calendar Issues-Bugs calendar printing sending

Is there any work around the inefficiencies/bugs in the Zimbra's calendar component?

1) If someone sends you a meeting request you cannot add your own notes to it.

2) when yous send meeting requests it does not show the invitees the other email addresses of others invited. This creates needless calls of supervisors call the meeting organizor to make sure their assistants are copied on the meeting request (I tried manually listing attendees in the body of the meeting request, which is time comsuming, however Outlook users still don't understand why they can't see who else is invited to the meeting.

3) With Zimbra new update, you cannot print a readable weekly or daily calendar
People complain about the printout from the list view (unreadable)
the other view does not print out on one page and is even harder to read.
It is very time consuming to recreate the calendar in Word.
