Auto picking up of attachments and sending the attachment to a specific email ID

Is it possible in zimbra to auto pick up a text file with a specific name from a pool of text files and send the intended file to a specific email id as an attachment.can that automation be possible in zimbra.I'm looking forward to implementing in pay systems where the salary slips of an individual would only be sent to the intended recipient email id from a pool of payslips in txt format.could anybody on the forum give a hand on this...
