Default Import .PST file into Zimbra Desktop (no server)

Hi There,

I have linked my Yahoo mail to Zimbra desktop but do have an Office 2007 PST file that i want to import into Zimbra Desktop.

When using the ZCS Import Wizard, it is asking for a Hostname of a Zimbra Server which i don't have (as i don't use a mail server).

Any suggestions? I have been searching for hours but can't find an answer!

Tx and happy NY!

Mathijs

You posted this in the Zimbra Collaboration Suite forums, I'll move it to a more appropriate ZD forum.

At this stage there is no import for a .pst file into ZD and you also can't use the ZCS Import Wizard because, as you've already mentioned, it needs a ZCS server. The easiest thing to do would be to connect your copy of Outlook (do you still have it installed) to a gmail or yahoo account and transfer all your mail from Outlook to that account, when you've done that just connect via the ZD and it will sync your mail locally for you.
