Syncing Calendar & Contacts

My objective is to share my Outlook calendar and contacts with my Blackberry device and a laptop.

Syncing email is not a requirement. Collaboration is not a requirement.

Is there a Zimbra / GMAIL combination that would work?

The 'master' machine with the calendar and contacts has a POP account on our domain -- it needs to stay that way.

Thoughts anyone? Thanks much.
