Opening browser windows / Context menu

Sometimes, Zimbra desktop uses another Zimbra window to open a link. At others, it uses the default browser (i.e. Firefox or Internet Explorer).

How do I change the behavior to open a new Firefox or Internet Explorer window / tab every time any link is clicked in the email instead of opening it in Zimbra itself.

Sometimes, when I right click on the link, it gives context menu as copy link location and at others it gives context menu Select all. Why does it not allow to copy the link location some of the times ? How do I change the default behavior to allow to view / copy the link location in the email when I right click.
