Arrow active links

I am new to zimbra and not young. I can't seem to find how to make the links active in outgoing and in comming emails. I had active links with other programs I have used but can't figure this one out. I really like Zimbra and other than this question, it is working fine for an old lady. LOL

Thanks...

Well I figured out how to get the outgoing links active but there must be a easier way. It is like going to tim buck too and back. I wish I could figure out how to receive active links now. I hate copy and paste.......

Well I figured out how to do it but I am thinking it is not the only way as this one I have to go to tim buck too and back to get it active in my outgoing mail. Has to be an easier way but till someone tells me or I figure it out myself, I guess it is better than nothing....now if I could just figure out how to receive links that are active ....hate copy and paste. Thanks....
