If you want to distribute addresses to everyone, there are options like sharing address books, or publishing the GAL so that people have access to addressbooks online within their Zimbra client.

If the requirement is to actually print out (rather than share) addresses, I would start by going to "Preferences->Import/Export
->Contacts (with "Account Contacts" selected in the drop-down). This will give you a delimited text format that you can open in Excel, and then format however you may choose.
