not permiting export

hi,

my problem is I want to export my calendar and other calendars of other people.
I have seen how to do it in the "help" of zimbra, however what it says in this link

Zimbra - How To for Zimbra Web Client 6.0

is not true.
These are the steps I should have to folow

1. Click the Preferences tab.

2. Click the Calendar tab. The Calendar tab appears.

[3. Scroll down to the Import / Export area, as shown below.
the third doesnt appear

what can I do to export this calendars? I need it for this week so please try to help me.

Well, how about using the Import/Export function in the Preferences?

hello I dondt have any import export funccion in my preferences

I think is something related with the privileges.

as I have said in the post there is not export/import in the preferences tab and neither inside calendar of preferences.

You've actually posted this question in the Zimbra Desktop forum, is that what you're using or is it the Zimbra Web UI?
