Overdue Appointments

I have a user with two overdue appointments that have been reminding him for two weeks since the appointment has passed...that the appointment is Overdue.
Where do I look to clear that reminder, since the 'dismiss' button doesn't seem to be clearing it?
(The reminder does not popup in the Web client version, only ZDC - build 1691)

We have this same problem. We have multiple users, running Windows and Linux, that dismissing appointments appears to have no effect on the system. The next time they log in they are reminded again.

I too have the same problem. is a way to solve it?
The system has Win XP SP3 and is multiuser and I use Zimbra Desktop 1.0.4.
