export recursive addressbook

Hi all,

I have an addressbook with one addressbook.

In this addressbook, I have many other addressbook.

I want to backup this addressbook because i spend a lot of time to fill it.

If I use the export in preference, I cant export more than one level in one time.
So I cant backup my address book in one time but I have to do about 100times...

If somebody can help me from the web interface or throw the command line.
