Exclamation Adding an Email

For this step:

Incoming Mail Server. Enter the Zimbra server address. This is typically in the form of mail.example.com. This is the server that your account is on.

... i did enter the one that i use.
actually, i tried a couple.

https://mail.uoguelph.ca/zimbra/
https://mail.uoguelph.ca/
mail.uoguelph.ca

none of them worked. it says 'Please correct missing/invalid input' and highlights 'incoming mail server' in red.

UGH!!!

Did you check the box titled: "Security Use SSL encryption when accessing this server"?

BTW, you would use this for the incoming mail server:

Code:
mail.uoguelph.ca

Which operating system are you using? Does the correct port 443 show next to the incoming server name? Can you try the following command: telnet mail.uoguelph.ca 443 - does that get any response? Could you have any firewall or any resident anti-virus software blocking this?
