Default Portability

Can YZD (Yahoo Zimbra Desktop) be run from a thumbdrive? I share computers that sometimes have internet access and sometimes not. Installing Zimbra on every potential desktop I might use does not make sense. But if I can bring it with me on an 8Gb thumbdrive or 60Gb portable hard drive, that would be good.

The thread really did not address my question. It just said some member might have a portable version, another who uses an encrypted pen drive for his thunderbird messages, and a short discussion on thumbdrive data safety tips. Has anyone tried it and does it work? There's the question.
