Red face Network printers...

Hi,

I've some ZD installed in Fedora 11, Ubunto 9.04 and Windows desktops. All Desktops are connected in an internal network to share files, resources and printers. Some printers are connected directly in an ethernet connection (through cable RJ45).

The printers are installed successfully and running fine with all installed software (MS Office, Open Office, etc). However I can not see my printers in the ZD. The print windows contains only the option 'Print to file'.

There is a way in order to see my printers in the "print menu" of ZD?

By the way... The shared file accessible through samba is not available neither. That could be useful when I need to attach a file located in a remote server.

Thank you!

When hitting the print button in ZD the printer shows up on my openSUSE 11.2 machine whether it's a network (or locally) attached printer.

Well, as mentioned above, it works on my openSUSE installation for ZD 2.x beta2. I assume you have a printer defined in Fedora? You'll have to provide some evidence that there's a printer on your system and that it's not showing when you try to print from ZD. If it's really not showing then you should also9 check Bugzilla Main Page - Zimbra for any outstanding bug reports and file one if there's nothing there.

No printer shown just print to file in ZD 2.0 Beta

Printers show up and work fine in Chrome and all other apps.
