Read Receipts and Blackberry Synchronization

I have just downloaded and begun using the Zimbra Desktop version. I have two inquiries:

1.) When composing an e-mail, does Zimbra allow you to request a read receipt? I do not see that feature anywhere.

2.) Is there a way to synchronize Zimbra Desktop with my Blackberry contacts and tasks, etc.
