Default What about a slackware version of Zimbra

There is different linux distributions of zimbra. What about a slackware version of Zimbra? And if not, has there been a successfull installation of zimbra on slackware from the adaptation of the packages adapted from other distributions (i.e. from the Debian package for example).

I dont remember reading of anyone installing on Slax but you could try installing from source.

The recomendation though is, as the server would (should?) only be used for Zimbra, install an approved OS for maximum compatibility and support. It can run on other OS's but can != should
