I want to replace an attached file with their same content but with different extension.
Scenario ::::::: I have attached "aaaa.pdf" file to msg.

Now i want to do some process on "aaaa.pdf" so it will become "aaaa.pdf.p4r".


NOW I want that aaaa.pdf.p4r will replace aaaa.pdf file.
