Undo Delete or Move to Trash?

I've got a simple question... sometimes when I am deleting emails I get a little crazy and delete too many... (hit the delete button too many times, mainly twice instead of once.) So I was wondering:

1. Is there an undo-delete feature? (this would just move the last item you put in trash back to your inbox) *This would be fine for me although I could see some people wanting the undo delete to go back to a folder too.

2. Would it be possible to make a "Recently Deleted" folder that would just have a list of recently deleted messages and the date/time deleted?
