incorrect spam problem

Every time I use Zimbra desktop I end up uninstalling it again for the following reason:

Eventually it starts placing non-spam messages into the spam folder in the browser version of Yahoo! mail. These messages do not show in the spam folder of Zimbra desktop. The result is that I'm effectively losing e-mails to the ' online' spam folder.

Any ideas?
