Moving contents of Sent folder to a new computer - Help!!

I had to upgrade to a new machine and encountered a serious problem. Upon set-up and synchronization all I got showing is contents of Inbox, but not the Sent messages, since my e-mail server doesn't save them. Could any of the good and knowledgeable members let me know how to get my saved sent messages out of Zimbra's bowels in the old computer to move it to new computer with fresh Zimbra Desktop installed?

I'd greatly appreciate any help as I run a small business and really can't afford to lose half of my past correspondence.
