The problem is that you've posted this question in the Zimbra Desktop forums and the other thread is for the Zimbra COllaboration SUite, which is it that you're having the problem with? You've also posted no details of any product version or operating system that you're using - that's not helpful for giving you any answers. You should also look in
bugzilla to see if there's any known issues outstanding and if not file a bug report.
