Default import thunderbird mail folders

Is there a way to import thunderbird mail folders into zimbra desktop?
I tried to use the import tool under the preferences, but it did not recognize nay of the folders.

Hi Bill,
I need to do the same thing: seems like we have two choices: 1) WAIT for the 2.0 version of desktop (Beta starting in Feb, could be released in May) or 2) connect to a gmail account from Thunderbird using Imap, put everything into the new gmail account then connect to that account from Zimbra.
David.
