Importing Outside Address Books

Looking for information on importing address books from Outlook Express and Thunderbird.
If you have any information on how to do this, please advise.

It's a pain. Check the wiki for starts and do some googling. Oh, and don't forget about the tricky "fileAs" field with these choices:
Zimbra File As = 1 Last First
Zimbra File As = 2 First Last
Zimbra File As = 3 Company
Zimbra File As = 4 Last First Company
Zimbra File As = 5 First Last Company
Zimbra File As = 6 Company Last First
Zimbra File As = 7 Company First Last
