Can't download .zip attachment

Received an email from Copernic Support with a .zip attachment. When I tried to download it, the normal download process appeared to function. It went through a virus check, apparently okay. When that was completed, the file disappeared from my download directory.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? Is there some security software that's interfering? I'd really like to get that attachment; it's an upgrade I could use.
