I have installed new zimlets (com_zimbra_birthdayreminder,com_zimbra_coloredema ils) in zimbra server.
but they are displayed only in web interface zimbra. In zimbra desktop are absent. Why?

For the simple reason that the Zimlets would need to be installed in the Desktop to be visible there.

Excuse me, but I do not understand you. Zimlet are instlled from admin panel.
that what I must do to zimlet was seen not only in web interface but and in zimbra desktop?
In zimbra desktop user can see 3 standart zimlets

The Zimlets that are installed via the Admin UI are only visible in the Webmail UI, Zimbra Desktop is a separate product and Zimlets would need to be installed in that to be visible there. You can't install a Zimlet on the Zimbra server then see it it Zimbra Desktop.
