Having difficulty setting-up a Zimbra Desktop account that correctly works with the OtherInbox IMAP server. At this point it is unclear if the problem is on my end (i.e. account settings) or if the OtherInbox IMAP server has issues.
Question: Has anyone successfully used Zimbra Desktop to access their OtherInbox premium account. If so, please share the appropriate details.
