Default OtherInbox IMAP Account

Having difficulty setting-up a Zimbra Desktop account that correctly works with the OtherInbox IMAP server. At this point it is unclear if the problem is on my end (i.e. account settings) or if the OtherInbox IMAP server has issues.

Question: Has anyone successfully used Zimbra Desktop to access their OtherInbox premium account. If so, please share the appropriate details.

Well it would help if you let us know which version of ZDC you are running; and which premium provider you are attempting to connect too.

Thank you for the quick response.

I am using the lasted release of ZDC, Yahoo! Zimbra Desktop 1.0.1 (build 1593).

The service provider is OtherInbox.com (OtherInbox - The cure for email overload™). I subscribe to their premium service, which offers IMAP access.
