Accessing Zimbra Collaboration Suite Overseas

Buongiorno,

My permanent place of residence is California where I work for a higher education institution. Currently, I am on a short stay in Northern Italy. I have been trying to access my work email through zimbra, but when I type in the typical url I am not able to successfully access it. Is there an additional step or alternative address that I need to use to successfully login to email while I am in Italy?

Are you using Zimbra Desktop of the Zimbra Web Client ? If you are using the web client then you will need to ask your site administrator for the correct URL.
