This is troubling our office employees as well. Ill take the suggestions of where to click but am also hoping someone can find a resolution. If anyone knows please share your knowledge

This is also an issue some of my users have encoutered (both with the latest build as of this post). A shutdown of the services solves the issue. They both use zdesktop obviously.

If a log file would be useful, I would be happy to provide one.

I have the same problem and have tried adding
Code:
user_pref("dom.popup_maximum", "2000");
to my user.js but with no success. Is there a way to access zdesktops about:config page?

/K

The solution is to copy permissions.sqlite from your firefox profile to your prism profile, after you've allowed popups from your zimbra server in firefox.

A fuller explaination is given at the end of this article Custom Firefox Install: Part 1 | Symantec Connect.

In Vista the profiles are in the \Users\ name \AppData\Roaming folder.

You'll find another solution in this recent post which does not require installing firefox. This bug has been addressed in bugzilla and will be resolved in future versions.
