Blackberry Sync

Sorry if this is a stupid question. I am new to Zimbra. I am a single user on BIS and can't figure out how to cradle sync (I know OTA is impossible using BIS) calendar, contacts etc.

if you have your own zimbra server

1. Ditch BIS
2. Get a free single user BES
3. Run ZCB
4. Sync mail, calendar, contacts, tasks, backup your device, enforce policies, etc

If not, you need to install the blackberry desktop manager
