Default fonts

Question about Zimbra Desktop....

When composing a new email I have a drop down of several fonts to choose from like....Arial, Bookman, Couier, Garamond, Lucida, Symbol, Tahoma, Times, & Verdana

But when I set default options for composing I only have available Arial, Times, Courier, & Verdana

Is there a way to add the same fonts to the default options as there are when just composing a new email message?

Is there a way to add other fonts to either list that are installed on the local computer? This really only applies internally because we have certain font preferences that we like to maintain in the office.
