    Default ZDesktop 1.0 and IMAP folders mapping

    Hi,

    I'm investigating in replacing Thunderbird with ZDesktop but I have one big problem.
    I have an IMAP account and with Thunderbird, I can map special folders such as Sent/Trash/Drafts/Templates/Spam to IMAP folders which is great since I also use a webmail on top of this account and it gives me the ability to see my sent elements on both sides for example.

    Is there a way to tell ZDesktop to map its special folders to IMAP folders too ?
    By now, this is the only thing that blocks me in throwing my good old Thunderbird.

    Any idea ?

    Thanks.

    Sounds like you are wanting to not use ZD Sent folder.

    What imap server are you using? If your server Sent folder is called "Sent", you should be able to turn on sync of the Sent folder and push the messages up in that folder.

    Hi,

    My server has been configured by my ISP with french names for special folders.
    These folders are correctly mapped with the webmail they use which is Open Xchange.
    Anyway, we're not talking about OX there and I just want to connect the IMAP server but, these special folders are mapped like that :
    "sent" -> "Objets envoyés"
    "trash" -> "Corbeille"
    "draft" -> "Brouillons"
    "templates" -> "Modèles"

    All I want to do is map ZD special folders (sent/trash/...) to these IMAP folders, this is something I can do with Thunderbird but not with ZD since I found no place where you can edit special folders mapping to IMAP folders.
    Maybe this is not possible with the GUI itself but it could be possible with some configuration file somewhere ?
    Otherwise, this is a problem because, unfortunately, not every IMAP servers are configured with english names for the special folders.
