Cool Can I see all my email addresses in one window?

I am a brand new user. I easily set up one Gmail "account" and one AOL "account" but cannot see them at the same time.

Can I see all of my 12 email addresses as [Folders] instead of logging in-and-out of various "Account"? I would like to see a single list with how many emails are in each email-address, but all accounts at once, and switch only when necessary.

I have 5 AOL emails addresses, 3 gmail, and several from various work domains.

Help?

Welcome to the forums

Why do you need to keep logging into them ? When you create a external email account via the preferences page in the web client it automagically creates a new folder for you anyway. I have removed your email address aswell so any replies end up here which may help other people.

Default maybe it's how i set it up?

When I open Zimbra, it goes to whatever Account was primary, which is a single email address. Only if I click on Account Setup does it list my individual Accounts, and an arrow to change the Primary. Then I can re-click on Launch Desktop (the only other choice on this panel).
So I cannot see more than one email address at a time, which is my goal.
Should I (could I?) have somehow set up multiple email addresses in one Account? I have some gmail, some AOL, some other domains.

You should see a list of the email accounts down the left hand panel and not just one account. I assume this is Zimbra Desktop you're talking about? If that's the case I'll move this thread to the correct forum.

From what you replied with I am making the assumption you are using Zimbra Desktop and not the Web client ?
