Spanish Telephone Format

HI GUYS.
I use zimbra desktop and I have to skype.
I can´t use skype with zimbra zimlet to phone same tel , for example US Format
+1-877-486-9273
But I can´t use to spanish format phone , for example
+34 944724095
which the correct format ?
