[SOLVED] Messages stored in two locations?

It seems Zimbra is storing the messages in two locations.

1. C:\Documents and Settings\XXXX\Local Settings\Application Data\Zimbra\zdesktop\store - 7,627 files
2. C:\Program Files\Zimbrax\zdesktop\store - 7,237 files

While the file counts aren't the same, they sure seem related.

Why so many similar files?

Potentially when they released the new version it changed the location; hence the difference in the number of files as C:\Documents and Settings may have the latest messages.
