Unhappy [SOLVED] Sending mail to yahoo gets dropped/blocked

lately users in my domain are experiencing problems sending mail to yahoo users..the message appears to be sent from their inbox but it fails to get it delivered to users at yahoo...so I decided to check the queue details from admin
console...there I'm getting strange errors..listed below:
Code:
Mar 9 09:43:17 mail postfix/smtp[32123]: D0DC12A0B3C: host d.mx.mail.yahoo.com[66.196.82.7]
refused to talk to me: 421 4.7.1 [TS03] All messages from mydomain.com will be permanently
deferred; Retrying will NOT succeed. See http://postmaster.yahoo.com/421-ts03.html
is my server being black listed by yahoo...guys on the forum ..any help would be
greatly appreciated.

On a previous post your server was configured as a Open Relay so more than likely you have been blacklisted. You may wish to check Multi-RBL Check | The Anti-Abuse Project to see if you are indeed listed.

The answer to that question is in the first post in this thread and in the error message you received from Yahoo! when you mail was rejected.
