Two Zimbra Accounts?

When I try to create more than one Zimbra (Server Type) accounts in ZD, I get an error that says

account.ACCOUNT_EXISTS: email address already exists: e7487152-670f-4c2a-8b0e-7589be89a6a5

Does ZD even support multiple Zimbra accounts? I'm using Build 1513 - just updated today.

We have an enhancement bug opened on this issue: Bug 35877 – allow setting up multiple accounts that share each other's folders

The rationale was if user had full access to another zimbra account, user should not need to share any folders from that account.

But anyway we will try to allow it in 1.1 time frame.

Not sure I fully understand the relationship or what you are saying. We have mailbox_A and mailbox_B. I made sure that mailbox_A is not sharing any folders to mailbox_B. In ZD, I already had mailbox_B setup (it's my mailbox), and now I want to add another mail account (hosted on our Zimbra server) for mailbox_A. I get the error when trying to add the mailbox_A account.

Are you saying mailbox A and B are not sharing any resources? (mail folder, calendar, contacts, tasks, documents or briefcase).

Yes. There is no sharing. There was sharing but I revoked myself from the only share. Then tried adding the account again after reading your initial response to this post.

At this point, you will have to delete Account B. And add A and B from scratch.

I know it's annoying, that why we will address this problem soon.
