Default View mail and calendar at the same time

Can zimbra desktop or web version be configured so I can view my mail in one window and my calendar in another? At times it is not convenient to toggle between the mail and calendar views.

    Thanks

This is easy to do on the web interface with a browser that supports tabs.

Just have one browser tab open with Mail and open another browser tab open with Calendar. Don't stop there; open yet another browser tab and open that on Contacts, or Documents.

Open as many tabs as you like.

    Hope that helps,

Never tried, but Zimbra Desktop uses it's own local web server. No reason you couldn't navigate to the Zimbra Desktop URLort via a browser and do the same tab trick that way.

I have read here on the forums of users who access Zimbra Desktop via a web browser, so I know at least that that part is doable. But you'll need to poke around to get the port number, which I don't have handy.

    Hope that helps,
