Default 2 questions (contact synch & access from multiple computers)

Hi,

Q1: I have Zimbra on my home PC with all my contacts. However I dont see those contacts when I login through my Zimbra on work MAC. Am I not supposed to? What is the easiest way for me to carry those contacts from my Home PC --> Work MAC?

Q2:
What is the easiest way to synch my contact from my home PC to my cell phone?

Thanls

What mail account do you use? Yahoo? Zimbra?

If your contacts are not synced with a server, then you can export the contacts from PC, copy the exported file to mac, and import into your mac ZD. Go to Options -> Import/Export.

I am using a gmail account in Zimbra. I assume by default that the server somewhere is keeping all my contact - correct? So if I logon to my zimbra and look up my gmail contacts, I should see them - am I mis-stating something?

Thanks for the 2nd tip - yes that works.

we do support gmail contacts sync, but due to recent gmail contact api change the sync doesn't work perfectly in RC1. in fact they changed their api after we cut that release. this will be fixed in RC2.
