I recently upgraded my Zimbra Desktop software. I had just completed the transfer of all contact data, including mobile numbers, into Zimbra. Due to the above issue, I put most mobile numbers into the Other Phone field, as it appeared that my "bug" would be solved in a later release. Apparently when I updated the software, EVERY NUMBER in the Other Phone field was erased. Is there some way to reverse this or to obtain the numbers? I now live outside the country; if the number wasn't in my Skype or on my local mobile, I no longer have them. I am VERY UNHAPPY with this result. |
