Exclamation Prism and Zimbra set up

Hi

Hope someone can help . I just installed Zimbra and on launch its gone to Prism set up and i don't what URL I need to use. Does anyone know?

The installation was no good. What version you have downloaded? Can you zip up the following files and post them here?

log/zdesktop.out
log/zdesktop.log
.install4j/installation.log

I'm using the 0.9.2 version downloaded from the Yahoo! Zimbra website and I can't find any of the listed log files look every for them.

What's the name of the file you downloaded?

By default, those files should be under:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Zimbra\zdesktop

where <username> is your Vista login name.

I moved it to C:/Program Files that might be the problem i'll uninstall and try again.

You can not move installation directory after installation. But you can choose to install ZD under c:\program files\ during installation.
