I searching for answers concerning this. Can I run out of ram, do I need to take some kind of action at these level. We currently have 6 users and are about to 25 more.

I don't think my issue is as you say jmhe but this sucks. ZD is unusable. Here's memory use from just after starting ZD until hours after having it running.

Zimbra Team: Any chance we'll see a resolution to this? Having a unified mail client solution across platforms would be huge for us but with this problem, we're unable to make it happen.
I'm now testing with the very latest release of ZD and still it will consume all of my 3GB of memory if I keep it running for very long. The mailbox I'm testing with is 3.5GB, I'm running Ubuntu 9.04 on an HP 8510w with 3GB RAM and a dual core CPU, 32-bit OS.

Without a bug report this issue will never be addressed, I'd suggest you file one with supporting evidence for your problem.
