How do I set up auto-reply on Zimbra Desktop?

Hi there,

I am novice user of Zimbra, all seems good to me, I like it!

However, I am pulling my hair out and raising my blood pressure as I cannot find anywhere that I can set an auto-reply message.

I simply want to set an auto-reply message with my phone number to every email that is sent to my inbox.

I thought this is a simple task, I have searched the forums and none of the responses make sense to me at all... I am on windows vista 64 bit.

Many responses say go to mail>preferences, I cannot see this path anywhere on my screen?

I am probably really stupid, but I have done this task in outlook many times.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Currently auto-reply is only enabled when you use a Zimbra mailbox. We don't yet support auto-reply with other services. If you are using online mail services like yahoo, gmail, aol, hotmail, etc, please use their online auto-reply instead.
