    Default [SOLVED] "Status:error"?

    I've been getting red dots on my two yahoo accounts for about a week now. They seem to be syncing fine. But the roll-over message simply says "Status:error". Anyone have any ideas on why this might be happening?

    There has been a bug about Yahoo address book syncing. Can you go to account setup and disable Yahoo address book sync for now? That will probably make the status:error go away.

    If not, please attach your log/zdesktop.log.

    I tried disabling the contacts sync and it still isn't working. Now, I'm not sure how to post the log.
    1)where would I find it on my pc?
    2)should I attach it, or post its contents?

    do you know which folder (directory) your ZD was installed? the log can be found at <installation directory>/log/zdesktop.log.

    you may click on "Manage Attachments" button on this forum to start uploading the log.

    OK, I found the folder. But the attachment manager says the zdesktop.log file is invalid.

    edit: I just went back into account settings and validated. Now everything seems to have returned to normal.
