Prism.exe stealing bandwidth through IP Address 72.21.211.100

"C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\Zimbra\zdesktop\win 32\prism\prism.exe" is stealing bandwidth through IP Address 72.21.211.100.

The bandwidth is constantly utilized to download something on my machine.

Can anyone help me determine why the bandwidth is utilized without a tangible benefit?
